I lived in this apartment for a year, and this was my worst renter experience. The price is cheap, but you barely even get your money's worth. My AC went out several times. Police were always called to the complex. Most of the time the complex laundry rooms were dirty, the pool was filthy, and the dumpster was over flowing. Hardly no security existed. When we had to contact the landlord to take care of an issue, he fed us nothing but lies and made us feel like idiots or a burden. If you don't mind living in a dump for cheaping, and dealing with a rude landlord this place may be ok for you.

This person is talking about the Westgate Apartments at 333 Brahan Blvd. Brightway Manor is at 322 Recoleta Rd and is a pretty nice complex.

THESE APTS ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES BIG TIME AND MANAGER WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.THIS MANAGER IS A TRUE HATER AND LOVES TO BE A BULLY ABOUT IT. OTHER TENANTS HAS HAD MANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS PERSON HES NAME IS DAVID ZAWLOCKI.HE IS A CONSTANT LAIR,PROMISES TWO FIX MY A/C AND HE WAS TO BUSY MAKING FLOWER POTS AND MADE ME WAIT FOR 1 WEEK TO FIX A/C,I DID NOT DO A THING TO THIS PERSON FOR HIM TO BEHAVE LIKE THIS......HE IS LIKE THIS TO EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!!REMINDS ME OF THAT POLICE IN DALLAS,,,((((((TENANTS HERE HAVE TO PAY SEIRRA UTILITYS(FOR ELECTRICITY) SO THIS PERSON HAS TO READ THE METER AND SENDS IT TO SEIRRA AND THEY SEND US THE BILL BUT WE MAKE IT OUT TO LANDLORD AND LANDLORD PAYS THE UTILITYS................ SO NOW THIS PERSON (DZ) IS LEAVING NOTES ON MY DOOR THAT WE ARE LATE WITH PAYMENTS AND I KNOW WE ARE NOT,I HAVE ALL THE RECEITS TO ALL PAYMENTS AND HE IS HARRASSING ME AND MY WIFE.....THIS PERSON WILL NOT SHOW ME WHERE MY METER IS AT SO I CAN SEE THE NUMBERS ON THE METER... NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HES HAS BEEN SCAMING ME AND TENANTS FOR YRS.......

Sierra Utility (correct spelling) reads the meters(by texas law) and sends the bill to the tenants. They pay in the office because the owner has paid the bill for all tenants to the city.Also it is utilities not utilitys.Iam sure you will not need the correct information because with all the other problems you must have moved. Iam a happy tenant of 7 years.

Well, if you keep the door locked from the inside, the monthly pest control service can't come into treat your unit. What do he have to hide. One can only imagine!! Then again, he must like breeding them if he has them. The billing thing is totally out of the community's hands. They have an independent billing service read and send out bills. This guy has got a problem. It will follow him wherever he goes. I'm happy living here
