Like the other reviewers, BS from the start. First off, building 19 has a foundation problem, and the floor is at a 13 degree pitch, management answer, SO. It took me 5 months to get a new hot water heater, the water from the old heater was brown, and they REFUSED to do anything about it until I called the property owner, and then NO compensation of any kind was offered. They constantly left notes on my door of "violations" to the lease such as chairs on my patio, however, this came immediately after a service request. The staff was rude and very two faced, like tey owned me or I owed them something. They really hated being told that I was the customer and to get it in gear.

The manager actually told me she didn't like apartment living because of property problems and that is why she moved into a house. Nothing like advertising, huh'

Can you believe the manager actually had to call the property owner to ask if rodents such as hamsters were allowed, then told me they said NO. I called the property owner and they said it was no problem, unless the manager said no. So not only did she lie, but her integrity with the property company was compromised.

The apartment below me was a storage shed for the property, and the maint. guys would congregate down there and party at lunch. Being a night worker, my days were spent awake complaining about the noise. NOTHING EVER HAPPENED.

Now they owe me over 600 dollars due to them continuing to request money on an allotment for rent. They have made NO attempt to repay, however were quick to notify me that money I did not owe them was nearly overdue.

I am filing complaints with the BBB and filing charges with SAPD over this property.

If you choose to live there, you are not a wise person. We are now moving to get Westlakes Villas on the ban list for Lackland AFB.
