We lived here in 97-98 and really enjoyed it. It sounds like it's gone bad though. Our management was always on top of things and even helped when they didn't have to. My brother got locked out on the 3rd floor balcony and had locked us out and the maintenence guy brought a ladder over for us. They had a lot of problems with the locked gates but were always trying to work the bugs out. We really had no complaints. (And we got our deposit back, no problem)
We moved on base for more space.
