NOT TOO BAD

I have lived here for a year and renewed my lease just this month. I have only had a couple of problems with getting maintenance done. One was right after I moved in my dishwasher broke and it took me a month to get them to replace it but when they did it was with a brand new one. The only other problem I had was that the soap dish fell off the shower wall along with some tiles and when I called it they said it wasn't an emergency so they would get someone there as soon as possible. Over the next week as my family and I took showers more tiles would fall off the wall. After a week I called back up to the office and told them about it again and they again said that it wasn't an emergency at that time I told them that it wasn't emergency a week ago but now I expected it to be done by the end of the day and if not I would call the property owners. Needless to say it was fixed by the end of the day. Right now I am in the process of getting my door fixed but I only had to tell them once about that and they had someone there the very same day but two days later they are still working on it. So you make your own decision, I choose to live here because even though I have had minor problems I enjoy the environment and like the security of having gates and alarms in the apartments. I also like the convinence of having a washer and dryer in my apartment.
