Won't Be Difficult Find Something Better

The show apartment looked great. In contrast, our one-bedroom was evenly coated with grime when we moved in. After having a child, by law we had to upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment. Our "new" home came fully loaded with knife slashes on the bathroom mirror, bleach stained carpets that reaked of cigarette smoke, a broken ceiling fan in the master-bedroom, walls painted with two different tones and types of off-white paint. Also included were leaking faucets, a leaking dishwasher, a leaking refrigerator, a broken oven, and a broken and leaking dish-washer.
My dish-washer leaked for more than three months before West-Lakes Villas came to fix it. When they finally did come to fix it, they ran three gallons of vinegar through a wash cycle. To their surprise, it still leaked ... so they came back four more times over the next two months to run more vinegar through it. As far as I know, it is still leaking now.
To top it off, the West-Lakes Villas management team backs their employees 100%, even when they are caught in a lie by multiple tenants.
The "security gates" were broken for over 14 of the 18 months that we have lived at West-Lakes Villas.
