I moved in Oct 2003- Nov 2004, the apt was nice but that was it, the staff was too faced, and stuck up , most of all Joe, that guy needs a butt kickin. my ac didnt work half the time and when i would go tell the from office they would say they would get it fixed. but that never happend. the price is too high also. if you move in here make sure that you read the lease inside and out becuase if they can fine away to screw you they will.

Yes, They screwed me too with the lease issue. They sent our a renewal notice after the 60 time period for me to give notice to move out. So to me it was a scam to keep me there and renew my lease. I ended up having to pay for 10 days after my orginally ended, and pay for a new lease contract for the 10 days. So full of it. If you want to give your tenants the option to renew their lease or move, they should give the notice to the tenant with sufficant time to make that decision.
