Check all your options first From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   When my wife and I first moved in Nov. 2004, we had a feeling of dread as soon as we walked in the door. We felt like we had been sold an apartment and not ushered in by one of the most worthless people I've ever met (you've read about him before) Joe. When we began our initial inspection, we found there was almost nothing right with the place. Dead insects, stained carpet, jacked up water heater, and a MUSHROOM growing out of the carpet next to the water heater. Every issue I've brought up though, was addressed fairly quickly, if not same day, then next day service. To this day I still am having various problems, but maintenance is always out there in timely fashion. If you are worried about meeting the infamous Joe, don't, the managment has been completly scrapped and rebuilt to have much better quality employees.
