I finally moved out of this place. I had a 1-bdrm for me and my son, and if it wasn't one thing it was another. When I first moved in I has a couple of work orders already in place. You would think that after a year of residence they would all be completed regardless of how big or small they are, right! Well wrong. It took 3 days for someone to come fix my air condition. If you have lived in San Antonio in the summers you know how bad it is without ac. My son and I literally has to stay the night at our friends house because it was just unbearable. The water lines would bust in the winter and even though they give us notice that the water will be off that day, it is annoying. Before brushing my teeth, running a bath for my son, or even washing clothes, I have to let the water run prior to using it. There was always this discolored water that would come through before it got clear. Looks like rusted pipes to me. Totally yucky! The office staff could sure use some customer service training. Besides 2 (Erin and Christia) of the employees in the office, everyone else was not customer oriented at all. A simple "hi or good afternoon" when you walked through the door would be good. Honestly, after living at this place, I would never rent an apartment again. I moved into a house, and it that time shoudl ever come where I had to rent an apartment, than I hope reading reviews from tenants will help me decide. I feel like I just wasted a few thousand dollars in an apartment that I was truly unhappy with.
