I have been in this apartment for 3 months now and I have to admit I have had a few problems when i moved in but nothing too serious. It's a cozy apartment and the office staff had been great to me and my kids. I like how everyone in the building greeted me when i moved in and i have conversations with all my neighbors. It's comforting to move to a whole new city where you have no family and no noone and then that one person makes the attempt to get to know you along with the rest of the building. I like this place...the other residents are sweet. I feel safe here. My apartment has an alarm in it and with me being a single mom it's comforting to know that i can sleep at night and not worry about someone breaking in. I can't complain about the little things when there are more serious things to worry about and I'm glad that I don't have to do that here. As far as the price goes I pay $575 for a two bedroom two bath. That's not too bad. And we have ducks that come around my patio and my kids just love them. I can leave them on the balcony to feed the ducks and not worry about them getting kidnapped. i never use my a/c because the ceiling fans are good enough. they keep us cool even in the summer. They also save money on power!
