Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The gates never worked. My apartment was on the first floor and had a major roach problem. It took them more than four times to fix that problem. My apartment was flooded out twice due to a water heater problem in another apatment. When I finally was able to move out, I was charged for outrageous things. Management does not keep their word!
