Residents have huge "Festivas" every weekend. No respect for other tennants. Loud, Rude Neighbors. Crude Hispanic Population that do not abide by pools rules. Their kids pee and peuk in the pool and then the pools have to be closed over the summer weekends. Management turns a blind eye to strangers and pool and party violations.
