This is the absolute worst apartment that I have ever lived in. In the beginning when I first moved in it was not so bad but as 2 years passed and many management changes happened it has become an absolute war zone. As you walk around the property you get smacked in the face by the pungent smell of dog and duck feces that over time has over took the property. the maintenance and grounds crew seem to be too disgusted to come behind tenants and pick it up. Also on the property there are many residents with pit bulls that walk around the property sometimes with no restraints. That's like walking around with a loaded gun and pointing it at people waiting for it to go off. I don't know about you but I don't play Russian roulette with my family and kids. Also the neighboring property which shares a makeshift gate with Westlakes Villas is a second chance property who lets in criminals. Cars are always getting broken into which the management turns a blind eye. Graffiti is always prevalent on the property, which anybody who knows anything about society structure is a sure tell warning that gangs
