Well since 2007 that Ive been here I ve unfortunatley watched this descent aprtmnt complex turn into the one next door.Before I moved in Id asked about the "traffic control" gates that are there but dont work since then up to now, theres been a shoot out in the parking lot, one womans apartment was cleaned out as she walked to the store and came back, many of the tenants from the worst aprtments next to us come over and jump in this communities swimming pool, sometimes breaking the pool equipment but more so taking away from the communities luxury of having a pool. ALso recently it seems theyve been letting just anyone move in.We've noticed a very quick increase of gang affiliated groups sporting the red or the blue colors, and witht that a few days ago there was a brutal gang beating of a girl whom gotr a bottle broken over her head and a young man that got beaten bad by a mob of others.We understand that the gates can not keep everyone out but it may deffer the gangs and dealers from having a place to meet and a quick get away because the gates are open 24 hrs a day.When aske dabout the gates once by other tenants the office rep had the audacity to get offended.They dont understand that moving in here means that this is our community for the time being and that these issues are important and dangerpous and need to be prioratived on top instead of the reshingling of the roofs.No money for the gates but money for the roof shingles.Thats saying screw the tenants saftey lets try to get more tenants in here by making it look better.It looks good by the way, until you see under it.razy thing is that we are not those tenants that have had it out withthe office so this review isnt about that.Just tenants that have brought up serious conserns and hav eben told ok we'll fix it so as to shut us up.Very sad vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
