If your idea of peace and quiet is thumping music & screaching cars all through the night, then you've found your ideal apartment.
The apartment and facilities are OK and clean, but the noise problem is unbearable, also the local area seems a bit 'rough', often hear police sirens through the night.
I will be moving as soon as my lease will allow it, or sooner if I can break the lease without penalty.

welcome to multi-family living. did you think that you would experience somthing out a norman rockwell painting? have you watched the news or read a paper in the last 10 years?
