What other place can you go to that will quote you 3 different rental rates for the exact same apartment' (one when you are looking to lease and sign the intent to lease the same day, another when you sign the lease, and a third because you call up a month after you moved in to confirm what in the world you are supposed to be paying)

Yes, the one and same place that takes an entire week and two phone calls to get the fluorescent lights in the livingroom replaced so that you can see at night. there have been too many "little things" in the past few months (like finding that my car had been scribbled on with crayons or markers) that make you think "it's always something!" And after all that crap, they have the nerve to complain that I've left a large rubbermaid storage container on my balcony and tell me that if I don't remove it, they will fine me $25.

Yeah' Well, why don't YOU do something that justifies why I shouldn't live like Sanford & Son' Why not take my name and apartment number down when I call to say that kids have been scribbling on my car or send someone out in a day or two to fix my lights so that I'm not cooking by the light of the rangehood' If you're not going to take care of people once they move in, you're STILL only going to be left with the kind of people who murder one another.

$13/hr help doesn't provide a lot in the brains and motivation arena. get you fatass off the couch and buy a bulb yourself lazy boy. sure its the staffs fault kids played with your car, and its their fault for the inquisiton,wwi, wwii,korea. vietnam, get real!

Or the kind of people who are to busy cooking in the dark to feed their fat face that are to lazy to go buy a light bulb. Dang I feel soooo bad for you. you know im sure there are plenty of people that would love to be cooking in the dark and would be greatful just to have a roof over thier head.Hey I bet they would even go and make some money doing whatever they had to to go get a light bulb so they could see. I also dont see how its the staffs fault that your car looks like a coloring book. Maybe one of these days you should take your fatass outside for a walk and maybe you might see the kids making your car pretty and you tell them something or thier parents. Leave the staff alone and get a life (exercising hopefully).
