I moved in about 4 months ago and have had one problem after another the manager ------- you cant miss him he looks like a child predator is not helpful he told me one thing and does nothing of what he prommised the foundation in these apts you would think would be ok being that they are a newer community THEY ARE NOT falling apart to small for the price and there a rodents YES RODENTS cars are broken into they never answer the phones and i was prommised a gate card when i moved in 4months ago still has not happend but no big deal the gates are always broken and left open limmited access sure to all of our apts!! they lie and are unprofessional ----- i guess lives on property she is the ass. i mean assistant mgr big joke she has misplace my rent a few times and tryed to charge me late fees for some that cleared my bank account and was mis posted so she said the manintance staff is ok not the best but with the rude staff that this lincoln property has in-place i would never rent from a lincoln complex again
So If U Want to deal with no parking, loud music playing trash everywhere cars getting broken into dont give a ---- management team this is the place for u...

yup.. i know just what u mean they dont care they act as if you are not even present when you walk in the door the other girl at the front desk cant remember her name long dark hair she is so cule less i swear the have a team of incompetent people working there i bet the owner would just love to know just how many issues there really are here i would also never live on a lincoln property again because of the office staff

I Agree with you guys. Another thing I don't understand is how the fire alarms are going off for three hours straight and know one does anything about it. These apartments are over priced. If I could break my lease I would.And if there have been break ins to cars shouldn't they INFORM other residents. Last but not least I lived in worse apartments and NEVER had roaches spiders or other rodents!!

I totally understand!! I recently visited my daughter and son in law that are in the military,were transfered here to San Antonio being conviently located to their jobs they decided on this complex.I wish I would have know of this web site!!They are extremely clean people their homes in the past have always been immaculant and continue to be. So to the uneducated person who said clean your home and buy raid sound like he/she are used to the getto,Well were not my daughter and son in law pay high rent for this apt.which is invested with roaches,ants and rodents they can not even turn their stove on because they come out by the herds, I offered to pay what ever charges are chareged for them to move but they refused since they are people of integraty and keep their word.Un like the apt community staff.. I don't know neither of you that have been mentioned THE CHILD PREDATOR nor the DUM ASST. nor do I wish too...VERY BAD BUSINESS to rent an apt that you know has problems.When their lease is up in 3 months they will look for a place that stands behind their name weather it be a class A,B,or C property..Best Wishes
