Not worth it From: psych12 Date posted: 7/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   I moved there because of the location and because it was the nicest looking in the area, but it wasn't worth it. You can feel the complex going downhill just like the rest of the neighborhood. Management doesn't take the time to make sure residents take care of the place, and you can tell by the messy patios and the trash all over the grounds. It can get noisy on the weekends due to the young military crowd. And yes, there was a murder last year. The rent is still going up there whereas quality is going down. I left because it was worth it to drive further to work in order to feel safer at my own home.
