I moved there because of the location and because it was the nicest looking in the area, but it wasn't worth it. You can feel the complex going downhill just like the rest of the neighborhood. Management doesn't take the time to make sure residents take care of the place, and you can tell by the messy patios and the trash all over the grounds. It can get noisy on the weekends due to the young military crowd. And yes, there was a murder last year. The rent is still going up there whereas quality is going down. I left because it was worth it to drive further to work in order to feel safer at my own home.

I agree you should feel safe in your home but I disagree on the community going downhill. The complex is very nice and I always see the maintance man cleaning or doing something. I never see trash around except by the dumpsters. As far as the noise ALL apartments have noise and thats what we have SAPD for.
