This would be the second time that I have lived in the Westpond Community. My first time they had just opened and the experience was lovely. We had NO problems. It was very quiet clean all together pleasant. I have now moved back after living after about 5 yrs and living at two other complexes and not much has changed. I would have to say that these are by far nicer,quieter,cleaner and I though up until today had the nicest tenants. I am very happy here. The staff is very helpful and I have had NO PROBLEMS with rodents. Trust me if I did have a problem with rodents I would be the first at their door especially since I just had my baby. Yeah you might see a little spider here or something but not like Marbach Park or other complexes that I have seen. Your apartment is as clean as you keep it. If your having a big problem with roaches then you might want to reevaluate your life style. You might find if you clean ofter you wont have that problem and the last time I checked HEB is a hop skip and jump away. They do sell sprays. Question, if you are having a problem with roaches and its the apartments fault, wouldnt we ALL be having the same problem' I have never had a problem with my neighbors or my car being messed with. And that compent about Roberto being a child preditor was very wrong. The man is a very nice person and does not deserve to even be talked about in that manner. You need to grow up and get a life. If I were him I would definatly find a way to press charges or at the VERY LEAST terminate your lease.Your not the kind of tenants I would want living in my community. I dont think you would be very happy if you were to be labled as one. And who knows maybe with you saying that we should watch our kids around your area. Who knows what you have on your computer being that you have so much time on your hands to be on here labeling people who are nice to you. I could sit here and really trash you people but I would be lowering myself to your nasty level.(plus I have a life) The point is the apartments are very nice pricy maybe but you can move no one is stopping you. The Apartment reviews are to talk about the apartments no to get personal about the staff.

Agreed. If there is a problem with the community, please inform everyone. I'm a prospective tenant and I take all the reviews with a grain of salt. Though I know this was posted a while back, I'm thankful when people post honest opinions. State what is wrong with the apartments and be informative! I used to live in low-income, section 8 housing when I was little and we ALWAYS had our apt clean and with no roaches or rodents-even when everyone else did...why? Because we took care of it, even when management did not.
