THESE APARTMENTS ARE THE WORST.WATER GETS SHUT OFF ALL THE TIME. THEY HAVE A ----- OF A MANAGER KATHIE BAILEY, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TRYING TO MAKE THE PLACE LOOK GOOD OUTSIDE WHILE INSIDE IT IS FALLING APART, THEY HAVE A NEW MANAGER EVERY WEEK, BECAUSE THE PLACE IS A HOLE IN THE WALL. SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE NEVER REFUNDED, THEY COME UP WITH OUTRAGEOUS CHARGES. THEY BACK DATE MOVE OUT NOTICES SO THEY CAN KEEP YOUR MONEY. SECTION 8 ALTHOUGH NOT A BAD THING IS RAMPANT. THEY CLAIM TO HAVE SECURITY, BUT THEY DO NOT. NO CRIMINAL CHECKS ARE DONE ON RESIDENTS,OR EMPLOYEES. YOU NEVER KNOW WHO IS IN YOUR APARTMENT,DO NOT RENT HEREIF YOU VALUE YOUR VALUBLES.
