Honestly I am neither shocked nor surprised of all these comments. The people that say its a hell hole...they are lying but the people that say that its luxury are lying as well...I am not going to speak bad about it because to tell u what at one time I was comfortable living there. Yes the staff has changed quite a bit of times, but that happens everywhere u live. I remember Brenda she was very nice and extremely helpful, and YES I remember Kathie..she is not the most pleasant person in the world but I tried my best to avoid her. You get what u pay for....and well the floorplans are nice the price IS affordable. ......

Brenda,
This may not be the place to post my personal opinion of you and the unprofessional attitude you had while working at Westwood Plaza, but here goes.....YOU ARE THE REASON I MOVED!!!! I had been at Westwood Plaza for 2 years, ready to start my 3rd when I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with you and your nasty attitude. Maybe it was because I am not a young male looking for a good time party girl, or maybe I interupted one of your many personal phone calls, or better yet, maybe it was because you were having ANOTHER bad day as you always said you were, but whatever the excuse was you had is what I got SICK and TIRED of. I was happy living at Westwood Plaza until you came along. You did not care for those people, nor did you care if their apartment repair requests were handled in a professional manner, you were there for a paycheck that you did not earn, but one you expected. Maybe now that you are gone, I will return to Westwood Plaza where at least I can say I was a happy resident before your time.

sure! and maybe u should figure out how to spell ur name! Its funny ur one of the only ones that thought that! U should just hear what they say now! I wasn't there to prove myself to YOUR unprofessional self, actually there isn't anything professional about Westwood Plaza, I mean U are still there because you knew how to suck up...I mean anyone who says the owners are cute....there is something wrong with them, I mean c'mon everyone has seen them! I wasn't going to lie to the owners the way u did!No "Past Resident" would've taken so much time out...to try to perfect( although far from ) this message only PRESENT MANAGEMENT, u coward atleast I was honest...its funny how u talk about personal phone calls, and bad days, what did u do live in the office...ya i thought so...Ha! You seriously make me laugh!!!!

I liked Brenda. She was very friendly when I moved in and I had the most horrible experience in doing so. It was the first time I had ever rented and the manager at the time had no idea what she was doing. I had to wait a month after the agreed move in date becuase it wasn't ready. The excuse was having no maintanance staff to clean up and put in new carpet. Brenda was very kind and always try to make me feel at ease. She herself advised I should not take this even though she hated to loose my residencey. I should have listened because since day one I have had nothing but problems. The management and staff is constantly changing and they are all unprofessional. The neighborhood is horrible. Cops are there ever day, I kid you not. There was a drug bust in front of my complex and a guy was starring in my window one night. There are so many little gangsters and drama left and right. The first month I moved in my AC was also broken for the whole month, however, they did pro rate the rent. I had at least 6 work orders placed the first month 3 being for the downstairs toilet over flowing, flooding my kitchen. New management is tough but friendly, finaly! Needless to say, I am still breaking my lease to get the hell out of there. My recommendation, run while you can .

I use to live there in about 2004 or 5 I liked it just had a couple of minor problems I know brenda didnt really talk to her. I think that Westwood is a good apartments complex and as long as you just keep to your self any apartment complex could work out for you. I enjoyed my stay there and am about to move back in about a month. All managers change and some places can't keep the same manager to save their damn lives but as long as you pay your rent and dont let that bother you at these apartments it shall be all good!
