This apartment is improving all the time since I moved in. Any problem I have in my apartment (like AC, stopped up toilet) is fixed quickly and the office is always very helpful to me. They take packages for me and offer all kinds of other services (they even notarized some papers for me!!!). I like it here, although my rent is going up and the utility bills seem high. But, I accept it. At least I feel like I get my money worth
