First of all the manager named Sandie is rude and incompetent. They constantly charge members incorrect utility bills. My air conditioner was continually breaking for one month and I was never pro-rated for being unable to stay in my apartment while they made constant repairs. The kitchens are falling apart and the cabinets couldn't hold more than 4 glasses. This complex is a mess!! This complex was sent a letter from the LACKLAND AIRFORCE BASE legal department demanding them to shape up or they would put them on the off limit list for housing because they failed to meet military housing standards.

You have got to be kidding me......I have lived at Westwood for 5 years now and have experienced first hand the quality of the management and maintenance, not to mention I am also in the Military on the MAC program. I have not heard of or seen this so called "letter". You can rest asured I will investigate your claim with the Lackland Housing Officer. I have had the various maintenance problems we all experience in apartments, but all I had to do was call it in and with-in 24 hours during the work week my request was taken care of. I plan to continue to reside at Westwood Plaza long after I retire as I have had nothing but good results from both management & maintenance.

I can bet all the money in the world, that first response was written by staff themselves. It sounds so much like the rude personnel in the office.
