Unfortunately, I am still living here and I still have 7 long months to go. Ugh!! I can't stand it.
Luxury Apartments...more like Roach Motel in Ghettoville.
The staff changes everyday. I have yet to see the same person in the office more than once. They are so understaffed. They only have one person all the time. And they are always too busy to talk to you or hear what you have to say. And they can be so rude. After I signed the lease they started treating me like crap. I guess they figured, what can I do, except leave. And then I would have a broken lease. And I don't want that. I am forced to live in this trashy ass place.
There are so many roaches, it is disgusting. They won't even do anything about it. They don't give a damn. Because of course none of them live on site.
The neighbors upstairs are so loud. I mean it is so ridiculously loud!! They have way too many kids who are jumping and riding some stupid ass toy over the floor that is so loud, you would think that they were right there in my apt. They play in the breezeway screaming until like 2am in the morning. They are always screaming and fighting upstairs. Management said they can't do anything about it.
There are alot of ghetto ass people living here. I hate it.
Top of the line appliances!' Hah! Where the hell are they because I have yet to see them. I have this little ass fridge that I can barely fit anything into, the ice maker is ripped out and the dishwasher doesn't work. So I don't know where the hell they get top of the line appliances from.
I feel so sorry for anyone else who signs a lease with these apts. I just moved in and I can't wait to get the hell out. If I were you I would run...far, far away!!
