WAS TOLD DEPOSIT WAS REFUNDABLE IF I DECIDED TO CHANGE MY MIND AND LATER FOUND WHEN I LEFT DEPOSIT TO HOLD APT. WENT BACK FOLLOWING DAY AND DECIDED TO MOVE TO DIFF COMPLEX I WAS TOLD "OH OK WELL SORRY WE CANT GIVE BACK YOUR DEPOSIT!THEY ORIGINALLY TELL YOU AS LONG AS APPLICATION HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED BUT FOUND THE ONLY WAY YOU RECIEVE IT BACK IS IF APPLICATION IS DENIED!NOT TO MENTION MANAGERS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! NOT TO SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT THE COMPLEX IT SELF BUT IF YOU WANT TO LOSE $150 DEPOSIT THEN FEEL FREE TO MOVE HERE!=]
