I lived here for a year and a half, after living in Fountainhead. The difference is tremendous. The staff is nice, the maintenance (John) does a fantastic job and is very prompt, the neighbors are respectful and the property is clean and beautiful. I looked around at many different properties before moving in and have not regretted my decision. In fact, I've recommended it to many of my friends that are looking for an apt. As long as the management doesn't change, I think WCV will maintain it's terrific reputation. As far as noise is concerned, normal apt noise is expected. However, I didn't experience any loud cars with blasting radios like I did in Fountainhead and I didn't have to worry about my car getting broken into or stolen.
