I was a previous resident at this complex and was unhappy since day one! They promised to have me in on a certain day, but to no avail, they did not. Rebecca Adams was rude and told me to call back, and when I did, she forwarded the phones to the answering service. That is only the beginning. I could go on and on, but do not believe there will not be enough space. I did NOT renew my lease with this complex and received such a hassle that it has truly upset me I had to write their corporate office. It took them over a month and a half to refund my security deposit. Which by the way, if you do not receive your security deposit back within 30 days, you are owed 3X the amount. (1st pg of your lease agreement) But of course no one is answering my correspondence, especially R. Adams. The only good thing about the property is that the grounds are well kept. And that Ty and the leasing agent are professional and courteous. Please save yourself from stress and headaches. I would not recommend this property to anyone!!!
