I have resided at the complex for over 7 years. The other residents occasionally throw weekend parties (typically only when med school is out of session), but the complex management ensures that the noise level is abated by the 10:00 deadline.
The amenities are more than sufficient, but more importantly, the maintenace staff is very quick to respond to any problems, cordial, and helpful for all types of problems.
The current management staff is extremely courteous, and willing to help with any need you may have.
However, the walls are pretty thin, and noise fromm other residents emanates through the walls. Additionally, people occasionally plow through the access gates, so that they are often inactive and open. Every unit has a security system, and I have yet to meet an unpleasant or unruly resident (lots of nice people here).
Despite the negatives, I still give the complex a big "thumbs up".
