I took the time to read every comment. I must say, I am surprised. This complex is not overly large like most complexes. The rent is not outrageously high. We do live in a very nice complex. Im sure your friends comment you on your complex all the time as do mine. Our pool and club house area is clean and well groomed. Ive never seen drunks hanging out at the pool. Anything that needs to be repaired or installed has always been completed that day. Who cares if it takes them an extra hour' They came out that day. Loud noise has never been a problem. Our staff works diligently to appease the request of the tenants that reside here. How many complexes in the med center have the amenities, landscaping and space that we have for under 800' Some complexes have over 20 units. How often do you think they receive expeditious service'

I saw your MANAGER running in the rain, wind and hail during the storm last night to turn off the fire alarms. You may say it??s her job. Who cares' She did it. We have a nice clean and safe area. Unless you go and buy your own complex or own a home, you guys have it nice here. I think the problem is that many of you may be expecting too much. If you want more, you should go and pay for it.
