i have lived here for a little over a year now, and i must say that these negative comments i have read are astounding. i have never had a problem with maintenance, the pool appears to be fine, and the hot tub, well it has malfunctioned one time in 14 months, and it took a little over a week maybe two to have parts replaced. the business center is there, and open, they replaced a computer and locks to that area. my only complaints are about the sauna which hasn't worked for sometime, and unfortunately some of the office staff have their heads up their butts, but its quiet, parking is great, no thugs hanging around, the units are nice and cozy, and i feel safe.
