This is a nice apartment complex. Very quiet and very clean. Parking has not been a problem. When I moved in I told my sales person that I may need to move later in my contract because I wasn't sure when my job was going to move me to another city. I was told I would need to pay 80% of what my current monthly rent is as my reletting fee. I wasn't told that I needed to give 60 days notice and that I would pay an additional $65 per month remaining months in my lease. These fees are in additional to the two months of rent before you leave. It can be very costly to move out. One other problem...the hottub was never hot. I did like the curbside trash pickup.
