Unlike like previous post I'd say that Management is great, but repairs are slower than poop! Right after we moved in a guide of one of the drawers in our cabinets broke.... it was 4 MONTHS before it got fixed. I put in 3 requests to fix it... for FOUR Months we had to keep our silverware drawer out because it was broke!

I thought that this would be a nice safe place... but in the 5 months I've lived here my brand new car got broken into and my wife's iPod was stolen and they broke my glove box. I called management and they said that there have been many reports from that night, an entire stereo got stripped from a car. The management didn't seem to car. My stupid college girl neighbors saw the guy who was breaking into cars... but they didn't call the cops!! I bet there GPA sucks... not too smart.

Then about a month ago I was walking my dog when a car drove by and started shooting a gun! I ran in and called to cops. They were here within 10 minutes... if only the girls would have called in the car guy.

We have a unit that has laminate wood floors, it is nice but now that it has been a few months since they have been installed the floor is starting to come up. I've tried to talk to management about it but they come by and glue here and there... but it has never really been fixed.

Over all I'm happy despite a drive by shooting and my car getting broken into...the car that was shooting was actually trying to get a deer across the field... it is Texas ans we do have Rednecks.

I think the office staff is Great, and friendly. But I think they need new repairmen and an overnight security guard.
