We have been here 2 years in july and Melissa in the office has been here the whole time. She is great. We've never had a problem w/ maintenance. If it's an emergency, they're out that day. Parking is easy. Location is fantastic if you're in the medical field. It's quiet, it's convenient, and the price is ok. We're happy.
