I lived in this complex for 2 years, and I enjoyed my time there. There was always enough parking, and the complex was quiet. The location was perfect for working/being a student in the medical center. I lived as a single female for nearly a year and a half before my fiance moved in with me, and I felt safe in that complex the entire time.

My only complaint was maintenance: My refrigerator broke 5 times. 5 times! After the 3rd time, they replaced it with a refurbished one, which was totally fine with me, but after that one stopped working twice they finally realized it was a problem with the electrical wiring in my kitchen rather than with the actual appliance. They did take care of that problem, and after I complained about having lost hundreds of dollars in groceries, the office was willing to give me $100 off of my monthly rent that month, which I appreciated. Each time I called about it, maintenance usually came in to look at it on the same day that I called.

The office staff is very friendly and professional, and they always leave notices on the door when events occur that require entry into your home, such as pest control and fire inspection. They are really pet-friendly, which was wonderful. I knew almost all of my neighbors and a lot of people attended fun social gatherings such as the Thanksgiving Potluck. I will miss living there, it was a great place to live!
