I've been living at this complex for about 2 years now and the only problem I ever had was when I was late on my rent (Which of course was my fault.) Other than that I couldnt be happier. I never witnessed any drama from my neighbors and any time I had a water leak maintenance arrived very quickly to fix it. Even the workers in the office were friendly. It seems like home sweet home to me. I would reccomend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet place and friendly nighbors as well as deciated staff members.
