I have lived here for a year.When I first moved in I was told it is a good neighborhood and that the section 8 people next door don't bother this complex.Since living here,I've had my car broken into and went out one morning to find a man peeping into someones apt. window at 6 am.Every single night there are groups of 5 to 10 people sitting in the parking lot drinking and yelling about being gangstaaaa's.You can NOT go to your car or take your trash out after dark because there are groups of 4 to 5 guys walking through the complex,hooded jackets and baggy pants and have had them stare me down many,many times.There are break-ins and your car is not safe here.There is two apartments which are more like crack houses.They leave a red light on in one window of their apt. and people walk up to the window at all hours of the day and night to buy drugs.I have seen drug deals going on in the parking lot as well.Two guys will meet up,get into a car,sit there and then exit the car,One of them stuffed a baggie into his shorts.There is a gang problem in this complex and a drug problem.I have called the security officer many times at night for various issues and he will call back and tell you he is not home or to call 911.I am not going to call 911 every time some thug wanders through the complex.It's a joke their "security" you are better off being your own securiy officer and just locked up your stuff and hoping no one breaks in.don't move here unless you like living the thug/gang life or you like drugs and drinking in the parking lot at all hours of the night.not a place for a family or your pets.
