Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
I have lived here for four years and like everyone I have seen the changes. New Management took over and of course rent went up because of the things they were planning on doing to the complex. Security gates have never worked properly since I have moved here. The back swimming pool has been out of service for 2 years. There was a fire at the complex a few months ago that scared everyone. Work orders do have a tendency of getting taking care of rather quickly. We also have been hit with the 40 immigrants living in a single bedroom apartment.
