What you can expect from management: Does not return calls. Constantly loses paperwork (Lease agreement, work orders.) Will raise rent everytime you renew your lease.
What you can expect from maintenace crew: Never show up (excuse is paperwork was lost, see management expectations above.) When they do show up, leave mess behind. Have to make same repair several times.
What you can expect from neighbors: Music blastin in the parking lot. An abundance of beer cans left after a nights partying (that could be good if you recycle cans...lots of cash.)
