I think that after speaking with the office three times and REMINDING them that I took over someone's lease was shameful enough. They lost the paperwork that I filled out the first time, so needless to say, there was a second time. The maintenance work orders take FOREVER to get to the maintenance crew--it's gotten to a point where the crewmen have told us to go directly to them without calling the office beforehand. My ex-roommate's name is STILL appearing on a lease for a new unit that I've moved into WITHOUT him. They never seem to know what's going on, unless I repeat myself all over again. The apartments are fine, but the office staff is much too incompetent.

We strive to keep our files organized. If you would come to our office we can review all your paperwork to ensure that your file is correct. Please talk to me directly, and I'll see to it that all your paperwork is complete in our file. Work orders are responded to as quickly as possible to ensure all work orders are responded to within a 48 hour period. Unless there is some unforeseenable circumstance or a part has to be ordered to complete the repair. All work orders are to submitted to our office in writing. This helps us keep track of all incoming work requests. Any suggestions to improve our service are welcome. Stop by or call our office. Thank you.

I beg to differ with this so called manager response! I have had several run in with you so called managers! I HATE MY APARTMENT!!! You seriously are trying to cover your as* because of all the attention that this complex has had with in the last few months! You can't deny that this place needs a lot of work starting with your staff. On one occasion I had one of your staff memembers ask me if I jump thru my porch or window to get in my apartment!!! I SHOULD OF TOLD HIM YES THAT'S WHAT WE HAVE TO DO TO ENSURE MAINTANCE DOESNT STEAL ANYTHING ELSE!! CANT WAIT TO LEAVE !!! I WILL LET EVEYRONE I KNOW AND MAKE SURE OTHERS KNOW NOT TO LIVE HERE!-
