I've lived here now for 4 months and I have to say I really like the apartments. I really have to say that the maintenance is really good. Whenever I've had a problem they were here to fix it right away. I don't know why there is so many complaints about the apartments but for what your paying their really good. I do suggest if you have a family or dont like alot of noise, try to get into the second section or second entrance because all the young teenagers live in the first section by the office and its always really noisey. Also you have a bunch of Katrina Refugees running around in the first section and they dont even live in the apartments. They live in the nasty apartments next door. They always congregate by the tennis court and make you feel real unsafe. That's really my only complaint about the apartments if they would just fix the fence where they come in and out of there wouldn't be a problem. Parking is a little issue but it's really not that bad. Again i've only been here 4 months and everythings been okay and hopefully is doesn't change.

First of all I would like to thank you for your genrous compliment. We do strive to make this property enjoyable for all our residents. In reference to fence by sports we have repidly fixed fence and we are looking for other alternatives to make fix more permanent. Please bear with us. As for the sport court we have removed the picnic and reallocated them to pool areas. We are also looking into altering the sport court to better provide you with more amenities. Stay tuned. If you are encountering problems with parking come into the office and ask for manager so as to assist you. Stop by our office to pick up a parking permit. Thank you.

HUH!! This sounds like a bunch of BS to cover yalls butts. Seriously you give one excuse after the next! Whats the excuse about the crime on site at the complex?? I'd like to know your smug answer to that one! How about why maintance cant get there stufff straight and fix the problems we have in our apartments~
