I Lived there 2 months and couldnt take it anymore!! The Service was SOOO Bad! We asked for things to get done the day we moved IN and it took them 2 months just about to get things done that we a SAFTY hazard! The patio door was ROTTING off it's hinges and they took there time the sink's are Painted over so Everything sticks and stains in the sink. There were light switches that had no cover and still don't I had to ask 4 times for a Hornets nest to be knocked down.. it was still there when I left The Layout of the apartment was Nice that I did Like, But Walking to the Laundry sucked! even though they said we had full size washer and dryer connections in the unit so we brought our own Washer and Dryer! and it took them Almost 2 months to even Get some one out there to "Fix" it and they said ok let the Wall dry (After installing the new Dryer Vent) and we will be back tomarow to finish! NEVER SAW THEM AGAIN!

I would NOT NOT NOT REcomend this property to any one the Rent it too high for what you get!
The Office staff Are NICE! But some of them don't know what there doing as far as what has been done with work orders!
the Leasing Agents Have always been Very Nice and Helpfull But I can't say much for the rest of them!





In response to the Management's input:

The work had been Requested more than one time by Just myself not to mention my Room mate! the Hornets nest's were requested almost every day for 2 weeks and were still there when I moved out. The Washer and Dryer were Still Not working when I Moved out. the Back Door was fixed By Getting another Door and Placing it on Backwards with only one lock and it didn't stay Closed with out being locked. It's took ALMOST 2 months for them to put up weather striping around the front door. The Office Staff was GREAT the Gentelmen that Helped us was Friendly and always listined to what we had to say I just Don't think that Maintenince Cared what He said!
My AC went out when I was out of town My Room mate Called and couldnt get a response from the staff untill I called and the On Call guy told me he had no Idea what was wrong with it. My MOTHER who is an Property Manager told him what was wrong with it.. sure enough that is what was wrong with it! I like the Office staff and I LOVED the apartment! I wasnt to happy with the way that the Maintinence handled things....
I know that our Apartment only had about a week to get ready but I'm a Leasing Agent and I know how fast an Apartment can be turned!

Your apartment was set up with all that was required at the time for washer and dryer connections. If we do get a request from a resident we do make modification. Most of the work that was done in your apartment was contracted out with a vendor. When we do use a vendor we are on their work schedule so it does take time to get work completed. This same vendor was to come out and finish your sheetrock. I was not aware that they did not complete their work, therefore; I will see to it that this is attended to this week. I will also have maintenance personnel stop by your apartment sometime this week to complete items you mentioned in your comments. Always feel free to call me if you are not satisfied with service or workmanship. We are not perfect but will certainly try very hard to keep our residents happy. If you can drop me off a note of any other items you may want addressed I will have maintenance take care of for you this week.
