1. I paid a transfer fee in July and in Sept my apt was still GROSS & incomplete
2. I have no screens on my windows or patio door (I have a BABY)
3. My Air Condition doesn't cool unless on 70 - & can't open windows see #2
4. HUGE pieces of cat feces under my bathroom sink (i don't own pets)- so my bathroom smells too bad to use it!!
5. Patio door DOES NOT lock or even have a lock on it
6. My son's closet in his room smells of cat feces
7. Neighbor below had a party and their friend jumped to my patio to steal my chairs


And this is besides the noisy music coming from people sitting in their cars, the car jackings, murders, stabbings, and constant staff turnover. There is much more that I could write. After reading this, if you still want to live here, you should seek counseling!! The only thing that this complex stays ontop of is the upkeep of the grounds. If there was that much care and thought on more important matters, there would be a wait on all open apts.

We apologize for the less than satisfying move in condition. We generally do not allow such occurrences to be seen by our residents. Unfortunately sometimes due to manpower issues or overwhelming situations, attention to detail can be jeopardized. We are quickly addressing the concerns that have not already been corrected. We are also approaching and taking the first steps necessary to eliminate loitering in the parking lot, loud music from neighbors in or out of their apartments and unsanitary conditions. We do appreciate our residents bringing these types of activities to our attention, so that we can act accordingly and swiftly. Once again, we apologize for the unpleasant move in conditions and appreciate your patience with us in resolving the matter.
