Okay so I wrote a review when I first moved in here and I put that it was alright for the price but now I'm so sick and tired of this place it's ridiculous. I have lived here for 8 months now and my lease will be ending in Feb. (thank god)! Our air conditioner has giving us problems since the being of when we moved in and here recently it just completly stopped working. We've called ---- the apartment manager and have made several request to fix it and they just wont replace the unit. Our apartment never gets colder then 84 degrees and no I'm not joking. Maintaince has to come out here every day and nothing gets fixed. ---- the head maintaince guy said that ---- doesn't want to replace the unit because its 600 dollars so instead we have to suffer in the hot with our animals and it just really sux. It has brought me to tears because no one seems to care what were going threw and I feel stuck and dont know what else to do. Maintanice takes 3 to 5 hours to come out here and when they say 24 hours on call they mean whenever their done with their families they'll come out here and fix the problem. We had to wait from 11am to 5pm on three different days for maintaince to come out and get our air conditioner started. I would think that was an emergency but aparently not. Don't ever move by the pool because it's so loud and if you have kids and don't want them learning about sex by watching people have sex in the pool at night that aren't even from this apartment complex do not do not move by a pool, make sure you get here before 7 to find parking, they wouldn't replace the carpet and it was real gross when we moved in but their excuss was it's only 3 months old(yeah right 3 months old with gross ass stains all over it), make sure to watch your cars because people have no respect for peoples stuff and now our car has dents and scratches all over it, don't ever talk to ----- in the leasing office cause he's a ----, -------- always acts like your bothering her and she doesn't know what the hells going on half the time,the walls are thin and if you have loud neighbors like we do good luck, don't let the model home fool you the carpet is not plush carpeting like it is in there and the air conditioners never get that cold, ---- even said that the property still has AC and water heaters that are 30 years old here and all hey does is rebuilds them over and over because the property doesn't want to pay any money to fix anything so they can get their yearly bonuse I guess, so yeah that pretty much sums it up. Oh yeah one more thing when we told ---- that our air conditioner still wasn't working after maintaince had been out here 20 times she had the nerve to ask if we were just popping the breaker and calling them up their. (Yes ----, I have nothing else better to do with my time then play with breakers and call the maintaince men up, yes I just love inconviencing myself and sweating to death just to entertain ya'll. OUR YOU SERIOUS.) On a positive note the grounds are nice they do keep up with them.

Our maintenance team will trouble shoot each and every a/c unit inside and out. This helps maintenance to determine if anything is needed to make necessary repairs. Our Regional Maintenance Manager has also checked your a/c unit and unit was working as it should. The day maintenance checked your unit all day long we set your thermostat at 72 degrees and each and every time maintenance checked temperature in apartment it was at 72 degrees. Maintenance had you double check temperature and initial off that the reading was correct. Although not needed, we did install digital thermostat and ceiling fans for your use. As for our maintenance emergency calls, maintenance does respond to your call by first making contact by telephone to let you know that he did receive your emergency call. If I am not mistaken you even have our maintenance manager???s cell number so you could call him directly if you had any other issues with your a/c. Please keep in mind when emergency calls come in, they are addressed in that order. At times, there may be a delay due to the volume of emergency calls coming in. Living by the pool can be nice but please report any unauthorized activity to our office immediately. I will then forward the information to our courtesy officers. You can also call our afterhours automated answering service and leave a message for the courtesy officer. Thank you for letting me know about your carpet. I will be over to your apartment today and schedule cleaning, if applicable.
