I just moved in and my overall experience has been good.This is my first apartment so I have nothing to compare to. I think things are good. The maitenance is a little slow to responding to things but just inform the office and they will take care of. Shelee was wonderful. From the time we spoke on the phone she was very nice. She named my apartment after the Ford Focus apartment! My parents loved that since they work for Ford. She walked me to my door and showed me how everything worked! My neighbors are really nice also. I left my lights on to my car and they came by and let me know they were on. My only concern is the time it takes for for them to fix stuff in my apartment. One of my neighbors said he had no hot water for over a week! I would recommend my new place to my friends!

You just moved in here, lets see how you feel after a few months. My car was broken into, maintenance, although nice, is very, very slow. The office acts clueless, even with new management in there and I hear excuse after excuse for why they haven't come fixed things. We had rats in our walls and ceilings that took several calls to the office before they would send an exterminator. It is EXTREMELY overpriced, there is no way a 3 bedroom loft apartment here is worth $990 as they so claim, they need to get an appraiser out here. The charge for water is ridiculous...I have never been charged $60 for water, not even in a house. The gates for the pools are either broken or almost always have open doors. After living here for almost a year, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
