*update* Its now been 4 months. We just got a signed copy of our lease last week!!!! Our a/c still does not work properly. It blows cold but does not cool off the apt till about 1am. It just runs 24/7 to keep it at 87 inside. Our electric bill is already higher here then it was at our last apt, and at our last apt we had a full size washer/dryer we used everyday. We still don't even have closet doors in one of our bedrooms or screens on all our windows. The office refuses to give us corp. office phone number. Also we recently found out that most of our maitanance request had been lost. Then we found out that others were signed off on as done, when in fact they were NOT done. We are so ready to leave here!!! Enough is enough. BTW I HAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING THAT HAS GONE WRONG AND IS STILL WRONG HERE. ALSO HAVE PHONE LOGS FROM MY CELL PHONE OF EVERYTIME I HAVE CALLED. AND EVERYTHING WRITTEN DOWN WITH TIMES AND DATES AND HOW THE PROBLEM WAS NOT HANDLED OR WAS HANDLED FOR THOSE OF YOU THINKING OF MOVING HERE.

Things have not been addressed since you commented or even before you wrote your response. I have updated my post today. Only 2 people in your office are actually friendly. All the otheres are still rude, and me at 8 months pregnant was even told one day when it was 90 in my apt that I could just open a window. I have giving ya'll a print out of every single problem I have had here and still have here and have shown you pictures. I feel the only reason you have commented on these posts is to give the false impression that ya'll care. When in fact all you have done is type a bunch of BS. Come spend a whole day in any one of these apts that are complaining. And dish out 800 bucks in order to do so, and live in these conditions even for just a day. Then maybe you will fix things, instead of being on the internet writing reponses to bad reviews of this place. You seem to know who I am by your comment, why don't you make it a point to walk over here to my apt and have a sit down with me and have my issues fixed, since you care soooo much.
We have only been here 20 days, and in the 20 days our a/c went out twice, our water heater went out twice. The fire dept even had to come for the water heater. They wanted to just replace a wire in it but thank goodness the fire dept was there and told them the whole thing was a fire hazard. One of our bathroom sinks is now not working. When we first moved in one of our bathtubs didn't work. We are missing window screens, closet doors, and outside patio washer area door. Maitance is slow we were without hot water for 2 days and we have small children. Our sink still isnt fixed. Office people are rude it was almost impossible to get my son enrolled in the elem school cause the office wouldnt give me a sign copy of my lease. The office people hang up before you are done talking. Half the time you cant even get a hold of the office and they dont have an answering service. I highly suggest looking at other places before you get trapped here a year.

| I would like to apologize for the inconveniences you've experienced when you moved in. We consider work orders such as a/c problems and water heater issues a priority. Both problems should have been attended to within 24 hours. The issue with the water heater involved a heating element that had to be replaced. It was serviced by our maintenance man as soon as the part was received, which resulted in a slight delay beyond the standard 24-hour service. I would like to take the opportunity to remind our residents to submit their work orders in writing so as to have proper documentation on hand and I will see to it that these are attended to immediately. As for the office staff, we all apologize if you felt we did not provide you with proper customer service. Our leasing consultant made it a point to have me sign the contract for your records as soon as it was addressed. We will continue to strive to provide you and all our other residents great service. Please give me the opportunity to meet with you so as to address any other issues. Thank you. | |
