My stay here has been a big disappointment. I had mold in my apartment from a water leak.I never paid much attention after they fixed the leak five days later! It was probably here the whole time, but I didn't notice any smell. I'm sure the maintenance did something just to temporarily cover it up. Their cover is blown now. When I spoke with the manager about the mold she said "it's not a ciy code violation unless I have bad leaks or a broken pipe" I'm not the only one here who has had the same this problem.This stuff can be deadly but the management doesn't care.With
all the problems encountered here, the manager of this property was the worst. To say she is completely out of her mind would be an understatement. She was rude, arrogant and even threatening woman. At first she was polite. But when I made follow up complaints, she got very mean. On one occasion when I threatened to go to corporate she laughed inappropriatly. Stay away from this dump!!!!!

We take work orders such as the one mentioned here very seriously. Mold concerns are dealt with immediately and professionally (i.e. this is typically contracted out should it involve sheetrock repairs). I can assure you that issues like this would not be laughed at. Please give us an opportunity to resolve this. Come by the office or give us a call so as to address your issue immediately.
