Ok lets see where do I begin...First off I hate this place...THE PARKING SUCKS!!!!! The management knows there are several cars that are in violation of lease terms by having expired tags..there is a suv that has expired tags from 2008 and it still hasn't moved since I have lived here and I have been here a year. I have asked several times for the management to go out and tag cars to get them towed and all I have heard is excuse after excuse.The manager tells me that they know about the cars and will tag them but NOT ONCE have I seen them tag cars. The maintenance sucks,they do a half ass job of fixing things...when I first moved in my master bedroom had no door and I had to get an attitude to get them to put a door up. The carpet in my apartment was infested with cat urine and feces and it took them a week to finally replace it. The doors to my childrens bedroom and closet are literally comming apart. The bedroom door has screws holding it together and those are even comming out. There are holes in the walls,the smoke decector has been off the wall since I moved in. There are electrical sockets not properly installed,the shades to the patio door have been broken since we moved in. And to finish this out there is ONLY ONE PERSON THAT DOES HER JOB IN THAT OFFICE....And it sure as hell is not ------- the manager or ----- the assistant manager...
