I have been living in this complex for over six months and have been facing MANY problems. There has been a horrible roach infestation outside and inside of apartment that has not gone away despite pest control paying us a visit. My toilet has been uncontrollably flushing and my bathroom sinks leak so badly that they are on a constant low flow. (Can't we get fined for wasting water'!) So far the sink has not been fixed. My garbage disposal did not run at all when I first moved in and after I complained many times, someone finally came and it turns on now but still does not work properly and my sink smells so badly that you can smell it in my living room. Also, my a/c was only blowing hot air when I first moved in, 4 months later they finally installed an OLD unit that blows colder air but now my apartment gets up to 90 degres during the day with my a/c literally runing full blast, non-stop from about 12pm to at least 12am!!! I have been calling and leaving messages since I first moved in and they seem to answer but not quickly and most, if not ALL, of the problems persist. The maintenace workers have always been friendly when they have to come but the management is so incredibly difficult to talk to that I leterally dread calling to request repair. I cannot wait for my lease to end so that I can finally live under more humane conditions.

We have the same problem with our A/C!!! We moved in March 1st this year and it hasn't ever worked right. The past 2 weeks they have been putting diff parts in that they say it needs. It does blow cold air but it doesn't cool the apartment. It just runs 24/7 just to keep it below 87 during the day 1pm - 12mid. It doesn't finally cool off in here till 1am. We are ready to leave. I have 2 kids under the age of 6 and I am 8 months pregnant. The rent here is too high and its too hot to just stay for months on end with no a/c. Our electric bill is higher here then it was at our last apt, and we had a full size washer/dryer we used at our last apt everyday. Good luck with your a/c.
