Don't rent here From: dlreed Date posted: 5/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I stayed in these apartment for a year. And though they are spacious, they are not worth the trouble. I had my car, and also my neighbor's car keyed. I just didn't feel safe with the area. Most of the neighbors are nice. As for maintence, forget it. The water was turned off all the time, for up to a week at times. And during peak summer the A/C went out for a week. These apartments are just too old and they can't keep up with the normal repairs to make them livable.
