Stay Away From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I lived here for about 2 years, and had 3 leaks in the ceiling...in the same spot! This just shows that the original hole in the roof was NEVER fixed. Repairs are slow - if they come at all, managment will say anything to keep you (all are empty promises. The materials used thoughout the apartment are poor, shelves are simple partical board with gobs of paint. Overall - there are way better places for the same amount of money.
