Awful Apartment Complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I chose this apartment because it was affordable and close to my new job. These are the only nice things that I can say about it!! Here are just a few examples of the many troubles I have had here...I was not given the apt in the building up front with the nice landscaped courtyards that I was told I would get-instead I got an apt all the way in the back that is dimly lit with no landscaping and a great view of the back fence. The day I moved in the apartment was NOT cleaned. It took them a week of me calling for them to finally clean it. My AC leaks often and it takes many phone calls/office visits to get anything done about it. My personal favorite: last month I got a letter saying that I was only billed half of what I should have been on my last 3 electricity bills and that I needed to pay the balance. The common theme here is that they are all too happy to take your money, but are not going to fulfill their obligations in return. The management/staff here is not attentive to renter's needs and seems to just be interested in taking your money.
